2020 Back-to-School Supplies Drive

 

Gratitude Update

Over the past few weeks, Lifespan Local has heard from many families that they are feeling stressed about getting their children the supplies they need for this new school year.  We are grateful to report that we met our fundraising goals to fill and distribute 900 backpacks to students in Southwest Denver! It is only because of your generous support that we were able to come together so quickly to make this happen. Thank you for your generosity and commitment to making sure each student has what they need for a successful school year!

We Met Our Fundraising Goal!

We met our fundraising goal to raise $30,000 to fill 900 backpacks with school supplies for students in Southwest Denver. Each backpack contained:

 

  • Pencil Bag

  • Erasers

  • Pencils

  • Highlighters

  • Ruler

  • Sharpener

  • Pocket Folders

  • Scissors

  • Crayons

  • Markers

  • Colored pencils

  • Spiral notebooks

  • Glue sticks

  • Drawing Pad

  • Red pens

  • Blue and black pens

  • Composition notebook

  • Index cards

  • Graph paper
